Just wait 5 seconds and click skip on the top right corner.
Next click which way you want to download it. Then wait how ever long it tells you to wait.
Next locate the file you just downloaded which should be a.RAR file. Here you will need WinRAR or 7 zip doesnt matter which you choose! Next right click the.RAR file and then click on extract to the elder scrolls. Then wait until it is finished. Once finished locate the folder and open it. Next run the setup and click install for it to start downloading onto your computer. If the Direct X software pops up, just follow what it says.
Also make sure you look carefully so it wont download bing onto you computer unless you want it. Oce it is all over and done with click finish to exit out of the setup! And there you go!
